End-User License Agreement for FCPro

IMPORTANT¡ªREAD CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Coleap for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE"). YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

Grant of License
Coleap grants you the following rights provided that you comply with all terms and conditions of this EULA:

1. Software
Each license of the SOFTWARE may either be used by a single person who uses the SOFTWARE personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single computer used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. This is not a concurrent use license.

2. Storage/Network Use
You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE to allow your other computers to use the SOFTWARE over an internal network, and distribute the SOFTWARE to your other computers over an internal network. However, you must acquire a license for the SOFTWARE for each computer on which the SOFTWARE is used or to which it is distributed. A license for the SOFTWARE may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.

3. Evaluation Use
You may use the trial version of the SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 15 days. If you use the SOFTWARE after the 15-day evaluation period, a license for the SOFTWARE must be purchased.

Other Restrictions
Only the trial version of the SOFTWARE may be freely distributed. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of Coleap.

You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE. You may not modify, translate, rent, or resell for profit this SOFTWARE. You may not publicize or distribute any license keys used by this SOFTWARE without permission from Coleap.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER COLEAP NOR THE AGENTS OF COLEAP WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
